EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Every item purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date when the order was delivered.
- Exchanges and returns will be managed through Customer Service, where you can choose different options to be refunded. All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return shall be borne by the buyer. Urfuji will only assume return expenses of defected products previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through Customer Service.
- For hygiene reasons, Returns or Exchange of Piercings, Ear Cuffs, Earrings.
- Please note that if your order included a gift and you make a full refund, you must also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- It is essential that the products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, without obvious signs of use and must be returned in their original packaging. In case of non-compliance with the above mentioned conditions, the return will be rejected and therefore no refund will be made.
RETURNS POLICY
All items purchased on Zainat through our website may be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
Returns will be managed through Customer Service. Zainat will only assume the cost of returning defective products previously managed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of Piercings, Ear Cuffs, Earrings and/or Masks.
Please note that if your order included a gift and you make a complete return, you must also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the final refund amount.
It is essential that the products you wish to return are in perfect condition, without obvious signs of use and that they are returned in their original packaging.
RETURNS
If you need to make a return, contact or Customer Service team. You must return the product at your own expense, using the carrier of your choice.
Please note that, as it is not a service offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the returned package when it refers to causes not attributable to Zainat, so we recommend you keep a proof of shipment.
EXCHANGES
If you need to make an exchange, you must process it as a return. Make a shipment with any carrier to the address provided by our Customer Service and place a new order. These return costs will not be borne by Zainat.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Orders that have benefited from a 3x2 promotion, 2x1promotion or similar promotions, or a gift item, must be returned in full to receive a refund.
- The promotional gift must be returned if the order is returned in full. If the promotional gift is not returned, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the final refund.
- It is compulsory to return the promotional gift in cases where a partial return is made and the final amount of products that the customer keeps is less than the stipulated minimum order, thus not being able to take advantage of the promotion. If the promotional gift is not returned, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the final refund.
- Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities, after examining the article, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount has been refunded. The refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days in the same way you made your purchase, through PayPal or a refund on your credit or debit card.
